First Visit: 

Expect the duration of your first visit to be approximately one hour. We will request that you complete your new patient paperwork upon your arrival or follow the link below, print, complete and bring the paperwork with you to your first visit. Your initial visit will include a comprehensive examination. The exam includes a neurological exam, reflex testing, a postural evaluation, general health screening and chiropractic adjustment, if indicated.

  What to bring:

• Any recent radiology films 

• Recent medical history information

• A list of your current medications/supplements

Second Visit:

In addition to your chiropractic adjustment, Dr. Roy will discuss with you in detail the results of your initial examination and provide his recommendations for care in order to meet your needs. Pricing for care will always be discussed prior to any service being rendered.
