Dr. Roy is originally from Southern Colorado. He has always had an interest in health and a desire to help people. He was introduced to chiropractic while attending nursing school at College of the Ozarks in Branson, Missouri. A chiropractor came to speak about alternative therapies during the nursing program's pharmacology class. Dr. Roy's interest was peaked as the Chiropractor explained that the brain is the "control center" of the body and how a properly functioning nervous system can often provide an alternative to medications and surgery.

With this new vision of health, Dr. Roy decided to pursue a degree in chiropractic. Dr Roy and his wife Kasey moved to Dallas, TX where he attended Parker University. He graduated Cum Laude with bachelor of science degrees in Human Anatomy and Health and Wellness, in addition to his Doctor of Chiropractic degree.

When he is not in the office, Dr. Roy enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, backpacking, running and traveling.
